If you wish to return an item purchased from us online, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the goods (except for watches) to return your order. Please note that the items must be received by us within this period.

Please note ! Unprotected watches may only be tried on but not worn. Wearing the watch will result in a loss of value for which the consumer must provide compensation. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. This does not apply to watches valued at over $2,000.

Please note that in the event of a return, you will be liable to pay damages even for the slightest traces or scratches on watches. Therefore, we strongly advise against removing the vacuum sealing or any other seals!
