PONTEVECCHIO and PONTEVECCHIO W are the first fragrances by Nobile 1942.
Initially, there was a difference between men's and women's perfumes: Pontevecchio was a Colonia Maxima (Eau de Toilette), and Pontevecchio Women was a Fragranza Suprema (Eau de Parfum).
Now both exist in our fragrance collection with an Eau de Parfum concentration because the different interpretation of the main ingredient, Florentine iris, makes both scents unique.
Let's begin with the history and the name. Pontevecchio (in English: "old bridge") is the most important bridge in Florence, with its historic jewelry and leather workshops.
A symbol of Italian culture and the greatest "magnificent" heritage of the De Medici family.
