In this work, René Turrek merges classical art history with the vibrant energy of urban street art. Inspired by Picasso’s Les Demoiselles d’Avignon, Turrek transforms the iconic figures into a neon-colored, contemporary world. With bold colors, dynamic lines, and graffiti inscriptions such as “Love is the Answer,” the piece delivers a clear message: despite chaos, change, and social upheaval, love remains the ultimate answer. A powerful statement between tradition and rebellion.
